WebHello, I hope you’re doing fine! I have been cooking a lot more lately and I have come into an issue; when I cook meat, it hardly comes out as tender as I would like. I made beef Nihari a couple weeks ago, the meat was fresh and cooked for 4+ hours. Although it was good, it wasn’t as tender as I would’ve liked. Does anyone have tips for that?
