WebOver the weekend I upgraded to the echo show 5 from the echo spot. I like many use it as a nightstand alarm clock. Overall love it however the night mode is definitely brighter than the echo spot. I think it’s mostly due to how much larger the screen is but it does seem to be brighter side by side with my spot.
