When I plug it in to power with the antenna and ethernet connected, the power LED will flash and the LEDs on the ethernet jack of the router don't show any activity. I tested the ethernet cable & jack with my laptop and they seem to be working fine.

FWIW this was a Silicondust replacement supply. The first one died a long time ago. 5V, at least 2A, center hot on the connector for a replacement.
