WebI don't get it. In all honesty I never use the feature, just knew it was there. Just fired up Afterburner 2 and indeed the Mame cores state that the core doesn't support save states. Loaded the rom with the Final Burn Alpha core and it did save. As I told you before Mame is a fickle mistress.
