Web6 jun. 2016 · I'm trying to hook up an old PC to my TV. It has an NVIDIA GT128 graphics card. I currently have both VGA and HDMI connections from the PC going to the TV. When I power up I can see the BIOS messages then the grub loader menu (I'm using Debian 8) on both the VGA and HDMI outputs, but during boot the HDMI output suddenly stops. Web4 dec. 2024 · One is using DVI and the other is HDMI. Last few times I have booted up the PC, I see an 'E9' in bottom right corner of one monitor and it never gets past that. Keyboard and mouse light up. If I hold down the power button and cycle off the PC, wait 10 or so seconds and boot it back up, the monitors come on and it boots up properly.
